OUR THON CHAIRS
This group of hardworking individuals are dedicated to working for DSP THON. They coordinate the fraternities involvement to support pediatric cancer. These chairs are responsible for managing the efforts to maximize Delta Sigma Pi's contributions to THON. They work to foster the spirt and enthusiasm to make a difference for the families impacted by cancer.
Overall Chair, Kylie Gilliard:
"As the Overall THON Chair, I have the privilege of leading with our four amazing THON Chairs, as well as our organization, in a common goal of joining together in the fight against pediatric cancer. I work as a liaison between internal THON and the entire brotherhood, as well as help facilitate events and oversee all DSP THON committee members! I THON for more smiles, more laughs, more memories that last a lifetime, and for our amazing THON families that we are so lucky to know. DSP THON has given me countless relationships and the opportunity to make a difference in so many families' lives, and for that, I am incredibly grateful to DSP THON. FTK Always and Forever!"
Donor & Alumni Relations Chair, Morgan O'Neill:
"As the Donor & Alumni Relations Chair, I’m responsible for all of Delta Sigma Pi’s donor drive education and informing our brothers on donor drive initiative days, coordinating corporate matching, as well as reaching out to and informing our alumni on ways to remain involved! I THON for more smiles, for more laughs, and so kids can be kids…for The Bushes, The Wrights, and The Schneiders…and so that one day we can dance in celebration of a cure!"
Community Outreach & Event Development, Frances Barzano-Argain:
"As the Community Outreach & Event Development Chair, I work with all community-based events. This includes the THON community of internal, but also utilizing our brother community for outreach when planning ribbon sales during breaks, suggested locations for donation boxes, and local places in their areas interested in contributing to our efforts in other ways. I am also so lucky to plan our THON Gala which is hosted for our families and brother to get excited for THON 2026! There are so so many reasons I THON that it’s hard to pick just one, I THON so one day no child or family has to experience the pain and heartbreak cancer can bring to a family, for the kids, the siblings, the moms dads, grandma grandpa you name it, “it takes a village” as Ang Schneider says and I THON for that village! For the Bushes, The Wrights, and The Schneiders🎗️"
Fundraising Chair, Ben Guenther:
"As the Fundraising Chair, I am responsible for organizing and leading all fundraising efforts for DSP THON throughout the year. My role consists of planning events, coordinating donation drives, and maintaining involvement within the chapter to ensure consistent participation and excitement. Most importantly, my job is to support our THON families in any way possible. Acknowledging the fact that they’re never alone in their fight. FTK! I THON for the Bushes, the Wrights, and the Schneiders! I THON for more smiles, more laughs, and the chance to give our families a life of brighter days!"
Family Relations Chair, Jake Guthrie:
"As the Family Relations Chair, I am the main contact point between the brotherhood and our THON families. I contact them to check in as well as give family updates to the brotherhood. Also coordinating when the families come out to visit Penn State and when we go to visit them. I THON to bring memories to kids who have had them taken away through hardships. I want to bring them as much joy as I can fighting for a cure."
