OUR NEW MEMBER PROCESS
Our new member process is where the brotherhood guides pledges to become not only educated on Delta Sigma Pi but also to become better versions of themselves. The main objectives of this process are to learn about the fraternity, grow personally and professionally, meet and connect with the brothers, and bond within your new member class. New members work together to complete several projects related to our pillars. The new member class also has the opportunity to attend chapter-sponsored professional, fundraising, community service, and social events and participate in mock interviews, resume and LinkedIn workshops, and other beneficial opportunities set up by the brotherhood.
A big part of our new member process is our Big Little Program where we match each new member up with a brother of to be their Big. A Big’s role is to help guide their Little through the new member process. We pride ourselves on having a strong Big Little program, because it allows new members to have a support system with someone who has already gone through the process and gives the new member a connection with someone in the fraternity that will last far beyond the new member process.
