Recruitment is intended to provide a better understanding of what a co-ed business fraternity is and how joining a business fraternity can help you achieve your personal and professional goals!
The recruitment process takes place over a two-week span and consists of events hosted by Delta Sigma Pi to give potential new members a chance to meet our brothers and see what our fraternity has to offer. The process begins with the Business Fraternity Council (BFC) Mixer, an opportunity for potential new members to meet and network with brothers from all five of the business fraternities at the Pennsylvania State University. Those who choose to recruit for Delta Sigma Pi are welcomed to several events in the following two weeks to meet more brothers one-on-one and to have a more personal experience while learning about the fraternity and its pillars.
